GRID STEP. You can print out the base construction lines and start drawing on tracing paper or you can draw the grid layout yourself using the following steps. Draw a square which will act as the frame of the giraffe portrait.
GRID STEP. Outline the general shape of the head. Sketch the horns, the mouth and the neck of the giraffe.
GRID STEP. Connect the horns to the head. Add details to the eyes. Draw the nose.
GRID STEP. Draw ears. Detail the eyes by adding eyelashes. Add spots to the neck of the giraffe.
GRID STEP. Detail the head by adding more spots. Draw inner lines in the ears.
GRID STEP. Work on the whole figure of the giraffe, adding more details to the eyes, the ears and the face.
GRID STEP. Color spots of the giraffe. Erase all guidelines.
