How to draw Archer elf
How to draw Archer elf from Fantasy creatures
step-1
GRID STEP. You can print out the base construction lines and start drawing on tracing paper or you can draw the grid layout yourself using the following steps.
1) Draw a rectangle that will define the conditional proportions and boundaries of the chosen drawing. 2) From the middle of the rectangle, draw one vertical and one horizontal line equally dividing the shape. 3) Draw another horizontal line equally dividing the upper half of the rectangle. Similarly, draw a horizontal line equally dividing the bottom half of the rectangle. 4) Draw a vertical line equally dividing the left half of the rectangle. Similarly, draw a vertical line equally dividing the right half of the rectangle.
step-2
GRID STEP. Draw an oval for the head. Add a rectangle underneath for the torso.
step-3
GRID STEP. Draw lines for the arms and legs. In one hand, draw an arch for the bow.
step-4
GRID STEP. Mark the sleeves and boots. Draw the belt. Enhance the shape of the bow.
step-5
GRID STEP. Divide the face with lines. Outline the arms and legs. Draw a line for the arrow. Erase all the excess.
step-6
GRID STEP. Outline the hair and the cape. Draw eyes, mouth and ears. Divide the body with a diagonal line. Detail the bow and arrow.
step-7
GRID STEP. Detail the eyes and mouth. Add a hairline, eyebrows and the bottom of the mouth. Mark the edge of the hair. Add the sleeves. Draw the arrow pouch. Make the bottom of the cape wavy.
step-8
GRID STEP. Draw a parting and headband on the head. Finish the sleeves and boots. Detail the bow and arrow bag. Add arrow lines in the bag.
step-9
GRID STEP. Mark the hair. Add folds on the body and ear. Draw fingers. Detail the arrows.
step-10
GRID STEP. Check that there are no extra lines in the drawing. Contour Archer elf, trying to vary the thickness and darkness of the line.
step-11
GRID STEP. Colour in the picture and bring it to life. Enjoy your drawing.
