How to draw a bull
How to draw a bull from Animals
step-1
GRID STEP. You can print out the base construction lines and start drawing on tracing paper or you can draw the grid layout yourself using the following steps.
1) Draw a rectangle that will define the conditional proportions and boundaries of the chosen drawing. 2) From the middle of the rectangle, draw one vertical and one horizontal line equally dividing the shape. 3) Draw another horizontal line equally dividing the upper half of the rectangle. Similarly, draw a horizontal line equally dividing the bottom half of the rectangle. 4) Draw a vertical line equally dividing the left half of the rectangle. Similarly, draw a vertical line equally dividing the right half of the rectangle.
step-2
GRID STEP. Mark off the width and height of the picture. Draw two ovals for the bull’s head and body. Draw a line through the centre of the bull’s head.
step-3
GRID STEP. Draw the shapes of the bull’s body and neck. Add a guideline for its tail.
step-4
GRID STEP. Define with guidelines where the bull’s legs will be, as well as its mouth and horns.
step-5
GRID STEP. Outline the shapes of the legs, snout, and tail. Draw its horns in detail.
step-6
GRID STEP. Sketch the bull’s ear, eye, nose, and tail switch. Refine the shape of its legs.
step-7
GRID STEP. Work on the whole figure, adding more detail.
step-8
GRID STEP. Contour the bull, varying the thickness and darkness of the line. Draw the details more carefully and add the ground underneath the bull. Erase all the guidelines.
